Pastor Will, Senior Pastor
Elder Wilbert “Will” Ridgley Jr has been preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ for nearly thirty years and is a well sought after bible expositor and trainer. He has been the Senior Pastor at St. Annis for almost three years. He is a native of Baltimore, Maryland, where he attended Morgan State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in theology from the Family Bible Institute & College of Divinity. He is the son of Zetella Ridgley and the late Wilbert Ridgley Sr., and the great-great-grandson of the late Rev. Louis Ridgley, founder of the Historic Ridgley United Methodist Church in Prince George’s County, Maryland, which is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
Elder Ridgley is a former lobbyist for the water and sewer industry, retiring in 2006 after more than 27 years of service. In August 2012, Elder Ridgley was licensed by Elder Eugene Johnson as a minister in the Primitive Baptist Church, and in February 2014, he was ordained as an Elder by Moderator Charles L. Hendley.
Elder Ridgley is an avid golfer and resides in DeLand with his wife Sundria. He is the father of Nathan, Natalie, the late Sadie Ruth and Araminta Sedna Ruth, and Wilbert III.

Christian Education Director and Women’s Ministry
Reverend Jacqueline Casminski graduated from college in 1981 and received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Elementary Education, Grades 1-6 from Harris-Stowe State University, Saint Louis, Missouri and later earned a Masters Degree in Reading, K-12 from Stetson University, DeLand, Florida, 2005. She has enjoyed being an educator for the last 35 years which spans over the states of Missouri, Louisiana, and Florida. Evangelist Jacqueline Casminski joined Saint Annis Primitive Baptist Church and was baptized under the leadership of Elder Eugene Johnson in 1992. As a church member of SAPBC, she served as the Superintendent of Sunday School, Primary Sunday School teacher, a member of the Young Christian Women Auxiliary, and Choir #2. Reverend Jacqueline Casminski realized and accepted the call of God on her life, through the Holy Spirit, to preach His Gospel (2003) under the leadership, guidance, and instruction of Pastor Elder Eugene Johnson. She continues to strive to serve God and to live in His perfect will through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
